PP&E Valuations has undertaken over 150 valuation assignments for clients in the education sector since our inception.
Recent projects have included valuations for insurance purposes, financial reporting purposes, mortgage purposes and the establishment of fixed asset registers for accrual accounting purposes. We have also provided property advisory services in regards the acquisition and disposal of real estate. We have conducted valuations of primary schools, secondary schools and universities. We understand the specific issues relative to conducting work in the education environment including accommodating preferences to carry out inspections on student free days and during holidays. We are happy to work with you to minimise disruption to your staff and students.
