Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise industry-standard valuation methodologies to assess the value of plant and machinery assets.
- Collect and analyse data related to equipment specifications, market trends, and other factors influencing valuation outcomes.
- Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate the physical condition and maintenance history of assets.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to convey valuation findings and explain methodologies.
- Collaborate with experienced valuers to enhance your knowledge and skills in asset valuation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Property, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of valuation theory and standards is a plus.
